At Klippo Pet, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.

Free Ground Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer FREE Ground Shipping on all retail orders over USD $60.00 within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • For wholesale customers, we offer FREE Ground Shipping on orders over USD $300.00 within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Please note, this offer applies only to standard ground shipping and is valid for orders within the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or other international destinations.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • All orders will be shipped using reliable ground carriers. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment for most areas.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your package.

Tracking Information:

  • Every order shipped by Klippo Pet includes a tracking number.
  • This tracking number serves as proof of delivery and will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track the progress of your order through the carrier’s website.

Handling & Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (PST) or on weekends/holidays may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not offer free shipping for orders outside of the 48 contiguous United States. For international shipping or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, our shipping calculator will provide you with the different options for you to choose from.

Shipping Cost:

  • For orders that do not meet the minimum for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order in good condition.
