Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
Return Process:
- To start your return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned item(s). You can e-mail us at sales@klippopet.com.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
Closeout Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. To initiate an exchange, please email us at sales@klippopet.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

- To return an item, please mail it to:
