:: Wholesale Policy

MINIMUM ORDER
There is a minimum order of $150 for NEW ACCOUNTS (not including shipping charge). There will be NO MINIMUM ORDER requirement for existing customers.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards are the easiest and fast method of payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. To accommodate customers who may not want to purchase with a credit card, we also accept payments through Paypal, or you can send us a Money Order or a Check. Orders paid by Checks will be shipped AFTER the check has been cleared. A returned check will be subject to a $30.00 insufficient fund penalty.

HOW TO ORDER
We will be happy to help you with your order. You can place an order one of 4 ways:

     2. Order Online: After you opened an account with us, you can simply go to
         www.klippopet.com/b2b and place your order.
     3. E-mail Your Order: Send your account info, order, and payment info to
         sales@klippopet.com
     4. Fax Your Purchase Order: You can download the order form, fill the information
         and fax to (310)325-5487.

LEAD TIME / SHIPPING
In stock items will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Orders paid by checks will be shipped after the check has cleared. Please note that we only ship on our business days, Mondays through Fridays.

BACK ORDER / DISCONTINUED ITEMS
In some infrequent situations, we may take your order and later discover that the item is not available (i.e., out of stock or discontinued). In such cases we will notify you immediately by phone or e-mail about the issue. You will have the option to cancel the order, to wait for back order, or to revise your order.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
KLIPPO PET INC. strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. A full refund will be issued if your order has not yet been shipped when you cancel the order. In the event that the order has shipped prior to the receipt of your cancellation notice, the return/exchange policy will apply (see Return/Exchange Policy).

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
All returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and made within 15 days of the ship date located on the invoice. Returns without prior authorization / RMA number will not be accepted. All refused/returned orders without a RMA number will result in a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unused, and have all original tags attached. KLIPPO PET INC. will provide a replacement item (based upon availability), in-house credit, or a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
