Q Do you sell retail?
A. If you are interested in purchasing our product, please click on "Where To Buy" on the top of the page to find the nearest retail store that carries our product. If you can't find one near you, please call us at toll free 1.888.455.4776 and we will gladly assist you.

Q Can I cancel or change an order?
A. KLIPPO PET INC. strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order. A full refund will be issued if your order has not yet been shipped when you cancel the order. In the event that the order has shipped prior to the receipt of your cancellation notice, the return/exchange policy will apply.

Q Do I need to pay sales tax?
A. Klippo Pet sells to resellers ONLY. No sales tax will be charged for all resellers that provided us with their resale permits or business licenses.

Q Do you ship to another country or overseas?
A. We will gladly ship to any international destination. Due to various rates and weights or an international order, we will contact you after your order is placed. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for loss or damaged packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers will be responsible for any customs charges such as duty and tax.

Q How do I place an order?
A. We will be happy to help you with your order. You can place an order one of 4 ways:
1. Give Us a Call at toll free 1.888.4.KLIPPO (1.888.455.4776) for customers within the U.S., or 310.517.1714 for international customers.
2. Order Online: After you opened an account with us, you can simply place your order online.
3. E-mail Your Order: Send your account info, order, and payment info to sales@klippopet.com
4. Fax Your Purchase Order: You can fax your P.O. or our order form to (310)325-5487

Q How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. In general, it usually takes us one to three days to prepare your package. You will receive a confirmation letter of shipping as soon as we prepared the shipment. Holidays and Weekends may delay slightly due to higher volume of orders.

Q How often do you get new products?
A. Klippo Pet Inc. is always producing new styles. We add new styles to our collection every Summer and Winter season, so please do come back and see our new items!

Q I lost my account ID and password, how can I find out what it is?
A. Please contact our Customer Service, they will be able to assist you. You can call our Toll Free number 1(888)4-KLIPPO (455-4776), (310)517-1714, or e-mail to info@klippopet.com.

Q What is your Exchange and Return Policy?
A. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within 20 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please see our "Exchange and Return Policy" page for more details.

Q What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards. We DO NOT accept Personal Check and Company Checks.
