Q. Can I cancel or change an order?
A. Klippo Pet strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If you order has not yet entered our shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after you order has been placed. The fastest (and secure) way is to call our Customer Service at 1(888)455-4776 and we will assist you right away. If the order has been processed, then the "Exchange and Return Policy" will apply.

Q. Can I place an order and pay with a personal check or money order through mail?
A. We accept mail orders paid with a personal check, Cashier's check, Money Order, or major credit cards. Please note that there will be a hold on the personal check payment, the order will not be shipped until the check has been cleared by our bank - which usually takes up to 7 business days. Please be sure to include all product information (style number, size, and color) and your information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address). Q. Do I need to pay sales tax?
A. For orders shipped to addresses in California, a 8.25% sales tax will apply.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. All resellers are welcome! You can apply for a resller account by clicking on the link located at the left of our website. Please also fax a copy of your Resale Certificate to (310)325-5487. We will then e-mail you the Account ID and password, along with a link to our Wholesale Website.

Q. Do you ship to another country or overseas?
A. We will gladly ship to any international destination. Due to various rates and weights or an international order, we will contact you after your order is placed. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for loss or damaged packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers will be responsible for any customs charges.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can order through our secure website. Use our site to place your order is very easy and secure! You can also call our toll free number 1(888)4-KLIPPO or fax your order to (310)325-5487. You may also e-mail to sales@klippopet.com to place your order.

Q. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. In general, it usually takes us one to three days to prepare your package. You will receive a confirmation letter of shipping as soon as we prepared the shipment. Holidays and Weekends may delay slightly due to higher volume of orders.

Q. How often do you get new products?
A. Klippo Pet Inc. is always producing new styles. We add new styles to our collection at least once a month, so please do come back and see our new items!

Q. What is your Exchange and Return Policy?
A. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within 20 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please see our "Exchange and Return Policy" page for more details.

Q. What's my pet's size?
A. We cannot tell your pets size without knowing the measurements. Determining your pets sized based on weight and breed will be inaccurate. Take a look at our sizing chart for more information on how to measure your pet. You may than contact us if you would like us to double check the sizing is correct for your pet.
